Setting up a proxy

Setting up a proxy server in Chrome is very simple:

1. Open the Chrome browser.
2. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner.
3. Select "Settings".
4, in the left menu, select "Advanced".
5, under the "System" section, click "Open Proxy Settings".
6, in the "Internet Properties" window, select the "Connections" tab.
Click on "LAN Settings".
Check the "Use proxy server for LAN" checkbox.
9. In the "Address" box, enter the address of the proxy server.
10. In the "Port" box, enter the port number of the proxy server.
11, if necessary, you can enter the user name and password.
12. Click "OK".

Test Proxy

After setting up the proxy, you can test if it works properly by the following methods:

1. Open a new Chrome tab.
2. In the address bar, type "whatismyip.com".
3. Press Enter.
If the IP address displayed on the page is different from your actual IP address, the proxy server is working.
