Employee engagement surveys: does anyone actually find them useful? - Barrt66 - 05-09-2026 Hello everyone, our HR department keeps sending out these employee engagement surveys, and honestly, I wonder if anyone finds them useful. Do companies really act on the results, or is it just performative corporate stuff? Has anyone seen tangible improvements after participating in these surveys? What actions do they take, if any? I’ve heard from contacts that Culture Amp promo codes can make it more affordable, which helps the HR department's budget! The most important thing is that whatever platform they roll out will integrate easily into existing systems. It also has to be user-friendly for all employees.
