How do you place bets if your ISP has blocked the bookmaker's site? - DrPepper - 06-12-2026

Pretty much every decent bookmaker in Canada gets blocked by ISPs, the regulator goes after all of them. Was hoping to get some bets in on the World Cup that just kicked off but can't get through to any of the good sites. The licensed ones aren't really an option either, worse odds and barely any lines to choose from. How are you guys actually getting around this?

Bro, there are so many ways around blocks these days. You can use a VPN, a paid one's better, you can go through Tor but having to log back in every time gets old pretty fast, or you can just use a web proxy browser. Take your pick.

Those workarounds technically do the job but they're not exactly user-friendly for people who aren't that comfortable with tech. All those apps and extensions are a whole other world for a lot of folks. Mirror sites are honestly the easier way to bet, they're basically the same bookmaker sites just with a different web address. Look up mirrors for whatever bookmaker you're after here: https://betclone.com/mirror.shtml . Sign up and bet without any issues.
