Terms and conditions of the service

By contacting the Service or purchasing goods, you automatically confirm that you have read each of the points listed below, fully understood them and agree with them to the last letter: 1. All documents without postings, without entering into databases or registers. 1.2 We do not consult on the use and application, we do not give advice. 1.3 All moral, financial and other responsibility for the use of products lies solely with you. 1.4 It is forbidden to inform our service about your plans and intentions. 1.5 It is not technically possible to call us and talk. 1.6 Listening to audio messages or recording your own is not technically possible.








1.7 There are no face-to-face meetings.
1.8 All communication is by correspondence only.
1.9 We reserve the right to refuse cooperation or ignore the message without explanation.
1.10 After making the payment and transferring the data for the production of the layout, the order is put into operation.
1.11 The service fills in information according to its own templates, calculated on the basis of the originals and its typical filling options. Filling out the documents "1 in 1" with the customer's sample is done only in separately agreed cases, if there is a technical possibility. Requests like "put the line three pixels higher and to the right" are not accepted.
1.12 The quality of our products corresponds to our description and photo / video of the submitted samples. We do not have "100% like original" products. All necessary questions and clarifications on quality, including a request for a photo, must be done before the start of production.

2. Deadlines for the completion of work:
2.1 The deadlines declared by the Service, when placing an order, are calculated on the correct and clear terms of reference from the customer that do not require clarifications and corrections.
2.2 The correctness and timing of the work is directly dependent on the customer, since in most cases the Service receives an incomplete or unclear task issued in haste, for example: lack of complete data to be included in the document, unreadable scans, poor quality photo for use in the document , lack of complete data for sending a parcel, etc. Because of this, you have to make a lot of clarifications and edits, which of course is not always prompt for various reasons, for example, different time zones or the customer’s busyness, such moments increase the document production time, but for objective reasons, in these situations, the Service for non-compliance with the terms of responsibility cannot bear.
2.3 Lead times are always given in "working days", work on weekends and holidays is strictly possible, please take this into account.
2.4 Correctly composed task according to our questionnaires will save you and our time.

3. Work algorithm:
3.1 The customer pays the entire cost of the work (when a transaction is carried out through the "guarantor", the beginning of the transaction is considered the moment the buyer pays for the order to the "guarantor").
3.2 The customer fills out a questionnaire with data (when conducting a transaction directly, we consider the moment of submitting the task as the beginning of the transaction).
3.3 The Service prepares a draft of the project according to the Customer's data.
3.4 After confirmation of the Customer, the draft goes into production.
3.5 The Service sends a photo or video of the finished product to the Customer.
Checking the quality of the workmanship of the goods is checked before sending by photo and video. The customer has the right to demand any photos and videos, viewing angles and angles. We make any clarifications and questions before sending the goods. The customer decides on the readiness of work on photo and video.
3.6 We confirm the delivery address.
3.7 The service sends the parcel and drops the track number of the postal item.
The customer has the right to demand a video of packing his order into an envelope and sealing it, after the service transfers the envelope to the transport company, a track will be provided on this work and the duties of the Service are over.
3.8 We can work directly or through the "guarantor" service of forums (platforms / markets) where we are registered.

3.9 The period of storage of the document after production cannot be longer than 3 working days. If the client has not provided the data for sending within the specified period, the Service reserves the right to destroy the document, without further claims and complaints from the customer.
3.10 If the document is ready, and the Customer does not get in touch within 3 days, the work is considered completed and the Service has the right to receive money for it (in the case of work through the "guarantor").
3.11 If the document on the track is displayed as delivered and not received within 3 days, or there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt (the client did not answer the courier's call), the work is considered completed and the Service has the right to receive money for it (in case of work through the "guarantor" ).
3.12 If the transaction was carried out through the guarantor and the Customer violated the rules during the transaction, then the Service has the right to terminate the transaction and request payment from the

guarantor
shipping rate.
4.2 In advance, the Service must know the country and city of delivery, after which it is possible to coordinate the available courier services in this direction and clarify the tariff. It is especially important to indicate the correct delivery address, full name of the recipient and his contact phone number, since after sending the document and providing the track to the customer, the Service will no longer be able to change any of the recipient's data and also accept the shipment back. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer is unable to receive the shipment for any reason, the document will be lost and a new one will be produced only as part of a new order.
4.3 The service can only guarantee its work and its quality, and never the services of third parties, which are logistics companies, carrier companies, delivery services. At the stage of providing a photo and video of the finished product and transferring the goods to the company to the carrier, the Service's obligations end, and in case of delays in delivery during international shipment, it can only advise on the procedure for contacting the courier service.
4.5 In case of loss of the document, the service will be able to reissue the document at the agreed price.
4.6 To remake a document at the expense of the Service, we recommend using the delivery insurance service, in the amount of 15% of the value of the document. In the case of using insurance, the Service will re-produce and send the document at its own expense.
4.7 Time to check for compliance, from the moment the track is displayed "Received by the addressee" - 48h.
4.8 We do not transfer documents by conductors, drivers, bookmarks.

5. Backup contacts:
5.1 The service cannot disclose order data to third parties, the customer must leave a backup email address (another telegram account) to contact the service.
5.2 In case of loss of the account from which the order was made, it will be possible to continue work only if the customer contacts the reserve contacts. 6. Payment: 6.1 Payment in advance 100%. 6.2 In priority, we work through the "guarantor". 6.3 All transactions must be strictly confirmed via PM on the forum. 6.4 For transactions without confirmation in PM on the forum, the Service is not responsible.






6.5 Payment to the courier upon delivery of the goods - not possible.
6.6 Release of products on credit - not possible.
6.7 Cash on delivery - not possible.
6.8 The Service does not reimburse the buyer's expenses for the "guarantor" in case of termination of the transaction. This is the initiative of the buyer, from which the seller has no right to refuse.
6.9 The Service accepts BTC/USDT/DASH/XMR cryptocurrency, or any other coin as agreed. As well as QIWI / YuMoney / MIR Cards, Union Pay, VISA, MASTERCARD.
6.10 WeChat pay / Alipay payment systems.
6.11 Refunds within 30 working days, in case of a good reason.
6.12 Do not show details in clear form, do not send photos of receipts, screenshots and transactions in the chat or forum page. We do not write comments on the payment. You only need to report the time and amount of the transfer, for example:
