UAE 3D + OTP

My dear friends, I'm looking for merchants across the UAE to load three specific banks that it is not profitable for us to link into the phone. 

We load from 100k AED per day only with this 3 banks and have been in the market for quite some time, so our proficiency should not be doubted. 

Please do not offer the following list of merchants, because they are not suitable for us:
PayBy, MyFatoorah, Payzaty, Zbooni, DPO, Botim, Emoney, Ziina. 

Also, do not offer less then 50%. We won't work with suck low percentage 

We would be interested in finding at least a fresh merchant provider where we can fit all our bins. Offer your services in my
