We, the trade union of cashers, represent all cashing services that consider cashing a specialization and not just a "easy" money that has turned up. Recently, dumping has become a big trend on the part of "services" that multiply at the speed of light and want to grab a piece of the pie by lowering the interest rate. Seeing how services offer cash out for 6 percent, we can conclude that this struggle has become unhealthy. We are here to return the status of a profession to cashing out, and not a crazy way to earn pollama in a month, having 5 friends/relatives who can go to banks.

1. We require a minimum rate for all services of 20%
20 percent is the minimum at which the service can provide itself with high-quality material, employees with salaries, profits, and, no less important, a piggy bank in case of unforeseen circumstances with replenishments.
Services that pay for a lower percentage, I appeal to you, everything that is listed above is necessary for you first of all, this is your interest in every sense of the word.
The pourers don't care if you get accepted tomorrow, and you didn't have the opportunity to put aside for such a case from your meager percentage, they won't care if you are dumped and you don't have an airbag to pay them. Giving fillers a low percentage, you do not lure them with this, you make yourself a hostage of this percentage, and they perceive it as a standard, which should include everything that is included in a full-fledged cash out, which is not possible for this money. For this percentage, you must be responsible for the blocks, take the drops to the banks, and lastly, take the percentage for the exchange. It will destroy the whole market, and it will destroy your lives.

2. Only cash-out services should deal with cashing out.
Debit sellers, we sincerely understand your desire to earn, but we offer you alternative, safe ways to do this.

The trade union will be engaged in strict control over the observance of this rule. Violators of the sanctions will not like it.

Seller debit - a ban on cashing directly with flooders. If you have a desire to try yourself in this, look for contact with cash-out services, there are many of them, no one will be left without a job. And there is no need to destroy the market.

Control will also be carried out, no less strict, sanctions will also be no less stringent.
