Please read the following information:
Cash out and exchange are two different services !
You pour (cash out) ROUBLES , cashed it out and eat CASH in a loot machine (ATM). If you want to receive a payout in bitcoins (bitcoins, cryptocurrency), add % of the exchange to the % cashed out, on average 5%.
If the cash out service tells you that the cash out includes a cryptocurrency payout for 25%, it means that the cash out service cashes out your bay for 20% (+/-) and spends 5% on the exchange.
You can always give the details of your exchanger (an exchange office in the direction of, for example, cash in - BTC, or NFC - BTC).
