I have an instant vcc service provider link (non-generated cards) for paypal account verification and I am willing to share, since it has a dashboard, add balance and receive otp option, I would want to sell it for 10$ to 5 persons before the service gets burned out, most especially for self and drop registration account retailers, I accept escrow.
