Since the apartment is for your own use, I'd separate established neighborhoods from newer communities before comparing individual buildings. The Greens has mature landscaping, stores, restaurants, and a more settled residential feel, while Motor City usually offers larger apartments and a quieter environment. Both are far enough from the main tourist zones to feel livable year round, but they still have plenty nearby for everyday needs.
