FACE COMPARISON: WHERE THE SYSTEM GOES BLIND

Systems compare the face on the selfie and on the document by key points: distance between eyes, nose shape, jaw line, proportions.

But they have blind spots. They handle heavy makeup, weight change, beard, glasses and age difference worse. Sometimes too “perfect” a match also raises suspicion – too clean for a living person.

A pro doesn’t chase a 100% copy. He makes a natural resemblance taking into account exactly how the algorithm measures faces.
